Days Of The Week Comments

I've have changed the way I look at sugar over the past two and a half months. I don't eat anything now that has more than 3 grams of sugar in it. I eat low carb berries, fruits and vegetables and the weight that had been coming on around my waist over the past few years is now leaving the same way. It wasn't as difficult for me as it may be for someone who eats gluten, since I have been gluten-free for several years now. I had already come to see myself as saved from all the pies, cakes and donuts I spotted in the cafeteria at work, so this was one more step in my journey. A much needed step. I feel fantastic! I still have pain in my neck and shoulders, and I still struggle with my electrolyte levels, something I suffer from that the doctor tells me is Barrters Syndrome. My electrolyte issues irritate my heart rhythms, I've even been admitted into the hospital with Bigeminy, and I also get a bounding rythum, especially when I get up in the middle of the night. I also have a lot of trouble with my Ehler Danlos side effects like POTS. But I usually no longer feel like I'm dying. I've come a long way. And I feel blessed.

My Journey with Sugar Aches

Misc Welcome Comments
~Magickal Graphics~

I have been hurting for years now. I have tried various things, but recently I found that when I avoid sugar--I hurt less. I would have never guessed. This is my journey and what I find that works for me. You might find, as others have, that your pain comes from other sources. I have read about some who have found relief in avoiding gluten. I have avoided gluten for years now, but it has not lessened my pain. Yet avoiding sugar seems to do just that. So follow me as I research and try to find a way to at least lessen my pain. I will bring you links to various blogs, YouTube, DrOz and anything else I find that might help us learn about Sugar Aches. And I will also link any to any blogs of other people on this journey.
